Our rates range from short stays to permanent stays. Prices for RV or Mobile Homes. You decide how long you stay to enjoy the wonders that Posada del Sol has to offer. We are waiting!

RV WINTERS

An excellent place to settle in with your Recreation Vehicle or with a Park Model, with an environment full of endemic trees, which allow a coexistence with nature and the possibility of observing a large number of birds. Always with all the services required for your RV, such as electricity, water and sewage and a WIFI network in most of this area.

Daily Rate $50 USD

Includes: Water, sewer and electricity.

Weekly Rate $250 USD

Includes: Water, sewer and electricity.

Monthly Rate $450 USD

Requires advance payment.
Includes: water, sewer but not electricity.

Electricity is payable to POSADA DEL SOL.

Permanent Monthly Rent $300USD
*Price includes special discount by paying the first 5 days of each month.

Permanent Annual Rent: $3,480USD

MOBILE HOME

If you are looking for a more private and ample space, we have an area designed for Mobile Homes, which, following the Posada del Sol RV & MH Park scheme, is surrounded by endemic trees and allows a pleasant coexistence with nature and above all with a great variety of birds.

Monthly Rate $395 USD

Payments should be made in one payment in advance.

Annual Rate $4,620 USD

Payments should be made in one payment in advance.

Annual rent is only valid if paid by the first 5 days of October, if not monthly rate will apply.

OTHER INCOMES

LODGE ROOMS

Lodge rooms are located in a wing of the main building complex. They are equipped with various accommodations including a compact refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker & TV. All Lodge rooms are non-smoking. Cooking &/or pets are not allowed. Lodge Room Guests are welcome to participate in all resort activities. Lodge Rooms One, Two & Three rates are based in double occupancy, each additional person pay $8.00 daily more.

ROOM #1

Two double beds

Daily rate: 60 + tax. Weekly rate $420 + tax. Monthly rate $1,650 + tax.
ROOM #2

One King bed

Daily rate: $69 + tax. Weekly rate $450 + tax. Monthly rate $1,700 + tax.
ROOM #3

Two King beds

Daily rate: $75 + tax. Weekly rate $500 + tax. Monthly rate $1,950 + tax.

RV STORAGE

If you have rented and occupied a site for (4) months or more, your unit storage charge will be $40.00 a month. If you have rented & occupied a site for less than (4) months & store your unit, the additional charge will be the difference between the (4) months rate & your present rate, plus $40.00 for each additional storage month.

Example: If you stay for (3) months, $1,510.00 minus $1,220.00 = one $290.00 payment & then $40.00 for each storage month until the next season.

PERMANENT RV'S PARK MODEL HOMES & TRAILER RATE

Monthly Rate $300 USD
Annual Rate $3,480 USD Paid in advance, due Oct 1st

CLOTHES WASHERS

Units with washers are subject to a fee of $50 per year, charge due October 1st

Monthly Rate $50 (Extra vehicle &/or equipment) *New residents should pay in advance.*
